RRGF sells flags and provides a number of flag related services, but
we are not a traditional flag store, and we never inventory flags. Our primary clientele are
museums, reenactors, collectors, families
of military personnel, military
personnel,
organizations and businesses looking to have a flag made or designed,
and people in need of special services. You'll find a subject oriented directory on the home
page. Those interested in historic flags might want to view
some thumbnail examples of our work, and
listing of generic Confederate National, Army, and
Navy flags. Some items, such as 50

are drop-shipped directly from our distributors. There are many

USERS: If possible, when E-mailing us please use another service. AOL's "ANTI-SPAM feature" regularly filters
out legitimate businesses. We often respond to information
requests from AOL customers who later claim they never got a reply.

to send a JPG or other photo to us for a quote
on reproduction please E-mail or call first - our
system is designed to kick out E-mail with unsolicited attachments

When sending E-mail please give consideration to the "Subject Line"
of your message. If you are
contacting us for the first time do not use "re:" as the
start of your subject line. Unless I know the
sender is replying to a message I sent I delete these
"re:" messages unopened. In addition, our system generally
deletes messages with
such subjects as "Hey", "Got a minute",
and
other such non-businesslike words and phrases;
messages with no
subject at all (left blank) are immediately discarded,
as this is a
SPAMer's favorite trick

If you are E-mailing for a quote please
include the zip code of the shipping address. You don't
have to include the address itself until you are ready to order, but
we like to have the zip code handy in order to figure shipping
charges

PLEASE!! Give some thought to what your E-mail
message says - We get a lot of E-mail, and I sincerely try and
answer all of it. But a message that says "..I am on your
web site" and asks "..do you make flags?" makes
me wonder about the writer's sanity - and writing a detailed reply
makes me wonder about mine! If your inquiry is complicated,
and you find it inconvenient to express it in writing, then considering giving me a
call instead. We've helped a lot of people this way

always address you by name (if you have sent it), and never send you
attachments without advising you that we would like to do so.

BY PHONE: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS by phone. Naturally we will ask you for your credit card information; HOWEVER, WE DO NOT KEEP CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE.
